Welcome!
Delta Omicron Zeta is without a doubt, one of the most unique student organizations on campus. Composed of a wide array of high-achieving student leaders from around campus, DOZ fosters a valuable and enriching environment in which members continually grow both intellectually and socially.
As you will see on our Connections page, DOZ is comprised of unique individuals from all over campus who each bring a great deal to our organization. Through great diversity and engaging activities, Delta Omicron Zeta encourages each member to both improve themselves and teach others.
Through our Journeymen and Luminary programs, we learn to come together as a family and maximize the use of each of our leadership strengths. During the Journeymen semester, we take a somewhat introspective approach, learning about our leadership strengths and recognizing our weaknesses as leaders through a range of individual and communal activities. As we transition into Active life, we bring the knowledge gained from our Journeymen experience and apply it to real life experience all while continuing to improve upon each of our leadership techniques.
Focused on self-evaluation, socialization, and service, we are dedicated to continual learning, understanding, and growth as leaders over the course of our undergraduate experience in hopes of becoming more influential, successful, and responsible members of society.
