Though active members have grown through the Journeyman semester, enhancing self understanding and improving in leadership does not end once our members are initiated. The Luminary Program is a nine-week interactive exploration in which actives engage in and reflect on leadership from many perspectives.

In each session during chapter meetings, actives can take the lens of the Chief that exudes assertion and self-confidence, the Associate who builds acceptance and teamwork, the Agent that focuses on delegation and implementation, or the Sage who analyzes situations from a theoretical and academic viewpoint. Using these lenses, actives explore challenges and tests in leadership, such as Communication, Conflict Resolution, Goals and Performance.

Through participation in the Luminary Program, our members discover their current tendencies in action and the nuances and alternatives of effective leadership for a number of different situations, improving their performance as leaders throughout campus and the community.
