    Leadership is the ability to bring people together and unite them to work towards a common cause through constant motivation and skillful communication. Leadership is not immediately visible within someone, it takes actual experiences to demonstrate what one can do.

    Past Fundraising Chair and Current Internal Vice President for Troy Philippines, Past VP of Operations for DOZ Besides the people, DOZ has provided an atmosphere that has allowed me to grow exponentially as a person and as leader. Being surrounded by such great ambitious people has allowed me to really focus on what I want to accomplish and aim for the best.

    The ability to guide others in a shared endeavor toward a common purpose through dedication, support, and most importantly, inspiration. I’m an “Introvert” but that doesn’t mean that I’m shy.
